Are the calls recorded?
Yes, all calls are recorded. GAS Quality Control Manager will listen to all recordings, transcribe the information into your CRM and upload all recordings.
How is a VA assigned to us? Do we get to pick which one will work with us?
Your VA will be hired, trained, and managed by GAS. Your dedicated Client Success Manager will share daily performance reports via WhatsApp. If you're not satisfied with your VA or they fail to deliver leads for over 3 days, they will be replaced immediately.
How can I listen to the recordings of the callers?
